Our keynote address will be presented by the renowned author, speaker and educator - Margaret Wheatley. She co-founded The Berkana Institute in 1992, a charitable global foundation that works in partnership with a rich diversity of people around the world who strengthen their communities by working with the wisdom and wealth already present in their people, traditions and environment. She is a dynamic presence, and her message promises to be an exciting addition to our conference program.

IAF North America Conference Week 2010 starts off on April 20-21 with full-day intensive training workshops led by some of the foremost practitioners and trainers, including Ingrid Bens, Sam Kaner, Jo Nelson, Marian Pitters, Roger Schwarz, Dorothy Strachan, and Michael Wilkinson. On those same dates, there will also be an IAF professional certification event (see details below).

The Conference Short Workshop program takes place on April 22-23. The workshops will cover topics as diverse and challenging as building mutual accountability, leading “high-heat” meetings, client engagement, and cross-generational dialogue.

The Conference program has now been published and registration opened. You can go directly to the Conference web site ( www.iafna2010.com (http://www.iafna2010.com/)) for more details. The Chicago Conference will have a lot of innovations never tried before at an IAF event, as well as many of the standard features that make an IAF Conference a unique learning experience.
